Do you charge extra to hire out a prospecting pick?
No, All detector hires include free hire of a pick with magnet if needed.
Do you have a Cancellation or Refund policy?
Yes, Our cancellation/Refund Policy is as below:
- There is no refund for early detector return.
- full refund will be given if order is cancelled more than 1 week prior to first hire day.
- 50% refund will be given on cancelled orders with less than 1 week until first hire day.
Can I extend my order once it has been booked?
If there are days still days available then yes, just book extra days online as needed.
Can I change my drop off/pick up time?
Generally yes, we will try and work in with you if possible but we can't accomodate all requests.
Do you do training if I haven't used a detector before?
Yes, When you collect the detector/s we will run through training on how to use the detector.
Where do I pick up my detector from?
Pick up/Drop off location is in East Perth, WA, 6000. All location details are sent through with your confirmation booking.
